素烧豆腐丸与丸子汤
材料
"豆腐 1/3块","地瓜粉 适量","芝麻 少许","红 ","白萝卜 ","黄瓜 ","香菇适量 ","盐 ","香菇粉少许 ","龟甲万甘醇酱油1 ","糖0.5 ","蕃茄酱1 ","水 少许",
做法

1:将所有食材切成末

2:加入豆腐和地瓜粉(也可加一些面粉)拌匀

3:搓成丸子

4:炸至金黄

5:锅中煮开酱汁倒入4

6:拌匀排盘

7:洒少许芝麻,完成囉^^

9:丸子汤的做法:1和2的作法相同,加入地瓜粉(粉要比较少,不加面粉)

10:用虎口挤出丸子(或直接用汤匙挖泡入开水中)

11:煮至浮起,再调味(要等水开才可放入丸子哦)
