材料
"米粉 1包","猪肉 适量","高丽菜 1/4颗","芹菜 1碗","高汤 1大碗","盐 1匙","胡椒粉 少许","红萝卜 1/3条","洋葱 1/2颗","香菇 6朵","虾米 适量","「腌料」米酒 1.5小匙","「腌料」酱油 ","「腌料」胡椒粉 ","「腌料」太白粉 ","「调料」酱油 2大匙","「调料」盐 ","高汤 ","「调料」胡椒粉 ",
做法

1:米粉用热水川烫15炒捞起备用.猪肉丝用醃料醃20分钟

2:起油锅先炒肉丝7分熟盛起备用

3:余油爆香虾米,香菇要等香味出来时才能放下一样爆香料

4:依序放入红萝卜、洋葱,都要炒出香味喔

5:再下高丽菜略炒.加入调味料.高汤拌匀.中间可试一下味道不够咸再加盐.没有冈汤可用泡香菇的水代替.不要倒掉喔

6:把菜推到锅边放入米粉炒匀

7:加入肉丝续炒

8:起锅前撒上一大碗的芹菜末

9:拌炒一下即可上桌
