"(共4人份)","2 碗白饭 – 可新鲜或隔夜","80g 虾仁","2-3 条菜心芥兰,把叶切掉,茎切粒","1-2 粒干瑶柱,浸过夜,用手起丝","1 粒冬菇,浸过夜,切粒","适量蒜头,制蒜茸","适量葱粒","2 只","虾仁腌料","1 汤匙绍兴酒","适量胡椒","少许盐","虾仁酱汁","200ml 鸡汤","1 汤匙豉油","生粉献汁","1 汤匙生粉","少许清水(约30ml)"

做法
