泰式手撕鸡
材料
"鸡(可用鸡胸或鸡腿肉)半只","红萝卜50克","青瓜30克","芫茜2束","干蒜1汤匙","米酒1汤匙","酱汁材料:","红洋葱半个","番茄1个","香茅10克","红辣椒2只","姜蓉10克","泰式辣椒酱1汤匙","青柠汁1汤匙","鱼露半汤匙","豉油半汤匙","盐1茶匙","花椒油半汤匙","麻油1茶匙"
做法

1:先煲滚水,放入姜及米酒,再放入鸡煮20分钟至全熟

2:把红萝卜切片及青瓜切成半寸长,并将红洋葱、番茄、红辣椒及香茅切粒。再把芫茜洗净及摘叶,备用

3:把番茄,洋葱,红辣椒,香茅与所有酱汁混合,备用

4:把已煮的鸡去骨及撕碎

5:将红萝卜及青瓜放于碟上,再把鸡丝放在表面,淋上酱汁

6:撒上干蒜及芫茜装饰
