做法

1:浸雪菜,约8-10分钟后换水再浸,榨出盐分及沥干

2:把雪菜切碎,芹菜切细粒

3:将青瓜削成薄片

4:并切碎葱

5:煮荞麦面8-10分钟至软身,过冷水后沥干

6:加1茶匙橄榄油拌匀

7:拌匀酱汁材料,备用

8:把青瓜放入樽底,再加入雪菜、芹菜、毛豆

9:最后加入荞麦面

10:于表面加上花生碎及葱花
