做法

1:先用盐和黑胡椒碎腌牛肉

2:烧热坑纹平底镬,放入牛扒,根据个人的牛肉生熟度喜好,并每面煎约3-6分钟。离火及放于温暖的平面5分钟

3:把罗马生菜切碎放入大碗内

4:将车厘茄切半,把青瓜及洋葱切丝

5:拌匀罗马生菜、车厘茄、青瓜及洋葱
