泰式牛肉沙律

"牛肉腌料","西冷牛扒150克","油1汤匙","盐及胡椒 少许","沙律材料","罗生菜1棵","车厘茄5克","红洋葱1个","青瓜 半条","新鲜罗勒叶1束","芫茜5克","酱汁材料","红糖2茶匙","鱼露90毫升","小红辣椒2只","青柠 半个 "

做法

  1. step1

    1:先用盐和黑胡椒碎腌牛肉

    2:烧热坑纹平底镬,放入牛扒,根据个人的牛肉生熟度喜好,并每面煎约3-6分钟。离火及放于温暖的平面5分钟

    3:把罗马生菜切碎放入大碗内

    4:将车厘茄切半,把青瓜及洋葱切丝

    5:拌匀罗马生菜、车厘茄、青瓜及洋葱

    6:倒入酱汁及拌匀

    7:将牛扒切件

    8:放在沙律上,再淋上酱汁
