烧鸡科布沙律
材料
"菲达芝士(变软及弄碎) 10克","蛋黄酱¼杯","烚蛋4只","蕃茄(小) 4只","烟肉12片","鸡胸100克","生菜(如罗马生菜) 6-8片","火箭菜10克","烧烤酱汁","茄汁半汤匙","伍斯特酱半茶匙","塔巴斯哥辣酱 (Tabasco) ¼茶匙","蛋黄酱4汤匙 "
做法

1:用200度焗炉烤焗烟肉至香脆

2:放上厨房纸巾,吸去多余油分,并将烟肉切小块

3:以中高火烧热油镬,放入鸡肉,以盐及胡椒粉调味

4:两面各煎煮2-3分钟至金黄色。然后,把鸡肉放上焗盘,以180度焗10分钟至全熟

5:待冷却后,把鸡肉切粒

6:把烚蛋切片

7:将蕃茄切半

8:将酱汁材料混合,加入盐及胡椒粉调味,拌匀

9:在碟上排放生菜,再将材料并排,即成
