鱼香冬瓜
材料
"200克冬瓜","100克免治猪肉","5-6粒草菇","3瓣蒜","5克葱(切碎)","2汤匙辣椒酱","1汤匙糖","50毫升鸡汤/水","1汤匙生粉水","猪肉腌料","½茶匙盐","¼茶匙胡椒粉","½茶匙绍兴酒 "
做法

1:把蒜刴碎

2:草菇切半

3:将猪肉腌20分钟

4:把冬瓜籽及瓜皮除去,切成中等大小

5:以中高火烧热油镬,煎冬瓜至两面金黄,盛碟备用

6:在同一只平底镬中,加油及爆香蒜蓉

7:再放入猪肉,煮至半熟,并加入草菇、辣椒酱及糖,炒匀

8:倒入鸡汤及煮滚

9:放回冬瓜兜炒, 加入生粉水埋芡

10:撒上葱花,即成
