姜葱海鲜粉丝煲

材料

做法

  1. step1

    1:挑去虾肠,并把虾屈成蝴蝶形

    2:轻轻在鱿鱼上划交叉,然后切片

  3. step3

    3:将所有海鲜倒入搅拌碗内,加入腌料腌10-15分钟

    4:中高火烧热平底镬,落油,烤虾及带子至呈金黄色,上碟备用,并将鱿鱼加入同一平底镬烹调

    5:中火烧热沙锅,落油,快炒香姜及大葱

    6:之后加入粉丝拌匀,加盐及胡椒粉作调味,再加入鸡汤煮大约1分钟

    7:将海鲜加进沙锅

    8:盖上锅盖,煮大约2-3分钟至鸡汤完全被粉丝吸收

    9:最后,加入适量麻油,以沙锅上桌享用
