咸柠陈皮蒸乌头
材料
"1条乌头鱼","1个咸青柠","5克陈皮","5克姜(切片)","5克葱(切段)","半茶匙盐","四分之一茶匙胡椒粉","酱汁材料","1汤匙甜豉油","3汤匙水","1汤匙绍兴酒","1茶匙粟粉","四分之一茶匙盐","四分之一茶匙白胡椒粉 "
做法

1:将姜切片,并把葱切段

2:用水浸陈皮至软身,然后切丝

3:洗净乌头鱼,去鳞,轻轻拍干,洒上盐及胡椒粉调味

4:咸青柠榨汁扫匀乌头鱼

5:并将青柠放入鱼身内

6:将葱段铺在碟上,然后放上乌头鱼

7:并将陈皮丝铺在鱼上

8:水于镬内煮沸,把鱼放入镬内隔水蒸大约8-10分钟

9:把酱汁材料拌匀

10:加入锅内煮沸

11:最后,将煮好的酱汁倒在鱼上,趁热享用
