菠萝蜜糖牛仔骨

材料

"200克牛仔骨","1罐菠萝 (切片)","1/2红灯笼椒","1/2青灯笼椒","3瓣蒜头","4汤匙蜜糖","牛肉腌料","1/2茶匙梳打粉","1/2茶匙糖","1/4茶匙白胡椒","1茶匙麻油","1茶匙粟粉","1汤匙豉油","1汤匙水","酱汁材料","1茶匙粟粉","1茶匙豉酒","4汤匙蜜糖","100毫升菠萝汁 (来自罐装菠萝)"

做法

    1:将灯笼椒切件
