蟹粉炒粉皮
材料
"200克蟹粉","200克粉皮","1汤匙油","1汤匙镇江醋","500克清鸡汤","蟹调味料","1汤匙油","20毫升绍兴酒","10毫升镇江醋","20克姜(磨蓉)","1茶匙盐","1茶匙鸡粉","1/2茶匙白胡椒粉 "
做法

1:把姜磨成姜蓉

2:加入蟹调味料拌和

3:将水灌进汤锅内,煮沸,加入粉皮煮至软身,用剪刀把粉皮剪断

4:中火烧热平底锅,落油,加入蟹粉煮大约1分钟

5:加入蟹调味料及清鸡汤

6:然后加入粉皮拌匀

7:上碟即可
