韩式辣鸡棒棒
材料
"10只鸡膇","鸡膇腌料","3瓣蒜头 (磨蓉)","1汤匙姜蓉","1汤匙韩国辣椒酱","2只鸡蛋 (已打发)","2汤匙粟粉","2汤匙面粉","1 ½茶匙盐","½茶匙白胡椒粉","装饰材料","韭菜粒","酱汁材料","50毫升水","25克韩国辣椒酱","30克蜜糖"
做法

1:用削皮刀切去每一只鸡膇位于窄位的腱

2:把肉削下但确保不完全离骨

3:然后将肉卷成棒棒糖状

4:把鸡的腌料放入碗内混和

5:加入鸡膇,轻轻地把腌料铺匀鸡膇, 放入雪柜腌1小时

6:把适量的油加入镬内,煮热,油炸鸡膇约3-5分钟

7:把水及辣椒酱加入小锅内,煮热成酱汁。当酱汁开始滚起时,加入蜜糖搅拌

8:将锅拿开火炉,加入鸡膇,确保酱汁均匀地铺在鸡膇上

9:洒上法式小葱作装饰,即可上碟
