红枣肉桂鸡
材料
"1只鸡","1/2个洋葱","10克红枣","10克姜片","20克葱","10克芫荽","100毫升鸡汤","1汤匙绍兴酒","鸡件腌料","1汤匙肉桂粉","1/2茶匙盐","1/4茶匙白胡椒粉 "
做法

1:把姜切成片,葱切成段

2:把鸡切成件,加入腌料腌20分钟

3:洋葱切成适中大小

4:中高火烧热平底锅,落油,炒香姜片及葱段

5:加入鸡件煮至金黄色

6:加入绍兴油

7:放入洋葱及红枣,煮大约5分钟

8:加入鸡汤
-
9:把鸡汤煮沸后,将火调至中火,煮15分钟直至鸡件全熟,酱汁浓稠

10:即可上碟
