板栗红枣糯米鸡
材料
"1块荷叶","100克糯米饭","100克长米","200克鸡","20克栗子","2-3只冬菇","4-5粒红枣","2瓣蒜头,磨蓉","20克姜蓉","20克葱粒","鸡腌料","1茶匙绍兴酒","1茶匙豉油","½茶匙麻油","¼茶匙白胡椒粉 "
做法

1:用水浸泡糯米最少5小时或过夜,沥干水,加入长米混和

2:用暖水浸泡荷叶至软身

3:把荷叶放在竹笼内,加入米饭

4:用水浸泡红枣至软身,除去枣核

5:把栗子切成粗粒,然后把栗子粒及红枣放上饭面

6:盖上笼盖,隔水蒸20分钟

7:用水浸泡冬菇至软身,切成粒

8:把葱切成幼粒

9:把鸡切成细件,加入腌料腌20分钟

10:中高火烧热平底锅,落油,炒香蒜蓉及姜蓉

11:加入冬菇及鸡件煮3-5分钟

12:把鸡件及冬菇放在饭面

13:再蒸15分钟直至鸡件全熟

14:最后,洒上葱花,趁热享用
