百页焖五花腩
材料
"400克五花腩","12片百页结","4只冬菇","1/2红萝卜","20克姜","20克葱","20克冰糖","300毫升水","调味料","1汤匙绍兴酒","1/2汤匙老抽","1茶匙豉油","1/2茶匙盐 "
做法

1:用水浸泡冬菇直至软身,切成一半

2:把红萝卜切片

3:姜切片,葱切成段

4:中火烧热平底锅,落油,炒香姜片及葱段,加入五花腩煮至金黄色

5:加入冬菇及水

6:加入百页结、红萝卜及调味料

7:煮沸后将火调至中火,盖上锅盖煮30-45分钟至猪肉软焾

8:加入冰糖,并煮至酱汁浓稠

9:即可上碟
