海虾荷叶蒸糯米饭
材料
"6只大虾","200克糯米饭","20克虾干,用水浸泡","1块荷叶","20克葱","调味料","4瓣蒜头,磨蓉","2只红辣椒","1汤匙牛油,热溶","1汤匙绍兴酒","1汤匙糖","2茶匙豉油 "
做法

1:用水浸泡荷叶直至软身,铺在竹笼内

2:将所有调味料放入搅拌碗内,拌匀混和,备用

3:中高火烧热平底锅,落油,炒香虾干

4:加入糯米饭及绍兴酒,煮3-4分钟

5:放在荷叶上,蒸30分钟

6:去除虾壳,只留下虾尾的壳和头

7:当饭蒸熟,把大虾放上饭面,倒入调味料,再蒸10分钟

8:最后洒上葱花,趁热享用
