湘菜家常豆腐

材料

"老豆腐150g","青椒50g","红萝卜50g","木耳3-4片","姜5g,切片","蒜2瓣","盐1茶匙","糖1/2茶匙","豆瓣酱1汤匙","芡汁","生粉2茶匙","*溶于30mL水中"

做法

    1:红萝卜切菱形

    3:木耳撕成小块

    4:豆腐切成三角形块

    5:中高火加热适量油,加入豆腐煎至两面呈金黄色,约需时2-3分钟,取出备

    6:再加热适量油,加入豆瓣酱炒至出红油

    7:加入姜和蒜继续炒香。倒入木耳,青椒和红萝卜翻炒均匀

    8:之后倒入豆腐,加入适量盐和糖调味

    9:之后倒入适量水煮沸,再倒入芡汁收汁

    10:当汤汁变得浓稠时,起锅即成
