剁椒粉丝蒸茄子
材料
"茄子1根,约250g ","粉丝25g(干重) ","香菇23朵,泡发 ","虾米10g,泡发 ","剁椒2汤匙 ","蒜蓉1汤匙,约5g ","蚝油1汤匙 ","料酒1汤匙 ","盐2g ","糖1g ","油1茶匙 ",
做法

1:茄子切成约3cm长的条

2:蒜切碎

3:香菇切小粒

4:在碗中将剁椒与香菇,虾米混合,加入料酒,盐,糖和蚝油调味

5:粉丝在热水中泡软,之后放入盘中作为垫底

6:加适量盐调味

7:高火加热适量油,加入茄子翻炒至变软,加入适量盐

8:之后放到粉丝上,最后盖上第4步时混合好的剁椒酱,撒上蒜蓉,准备蒸制

9:将茄子隔水高火蒸5-6分钟

10:淋上红油,即成
