蚝汁炆鲍鱼
材料
"10只新鲜鲍鱼","8-10鸡脚","5只冬菇","40克金华火腿","50克姜","50葱","酱料材料","20克冰糖","1汤匙老抽","1汤匙鸡粉","1汤绍兴酒","2汤蚝油","250毫升鸡汤","500毫升水 "
做法

1:把姜切片,葱切段

2:用水浸泡冬菇至软身,去除冬菇顶,把浸冬菇水留下

3:把锅内的水煮沸,加入姜片及葱段,用慢火灼鲍鱼2-3分钟

4:捞出鲍鱼沥干水,除去鲍鱼壳

5:.把鸡脚放入步骤3的锅内,用中火汆水5分钟
-
6:捞起沥干水,放在一旁备用

7:把所有酱汁材料加入锅中混和,煮沸,将火调至中火,加入鸡脚及鲍鱼炆2小时
-
8:2小时后,捞出鸡脚

9:加入金华火腿及冰糖,再炆30分钟,熄火
-
10:摊冻后放入雪柜一晚
