新春捞起
材料
"200克三文鱼,切片","100克鸡胸肉","1包粉丝","1条日本青瓜","1/2个红萝卜","1/2个红椒","1/2个黄椒","1/4个生菜","1/2个西柚肉","1茶匙芝麻","酱汁材料","30毫升油","2汤匙黑醋","1汤匙豉油","1茶匙糖","1茶匙麻油","1/4茶匙黑胡椒粉"
做法

1:用水浸泡米粉至软身,沥干水,放在一旁备用

2:把酱汁材料放在搅拌碗内混和,放在一旁备用

3:把锅内的水煮沸,放入米粉煮2分钟,捞起沥干水,放在一旁备用

4:把鸡胸肉放入同一平底锅内煮至全熟,摊冻后切丝

5:把青瓜丶红萝卜丶红椒及黄椒切幼丝

6:生菜切丝后放入冰水中

7:把粉丝放在碟上,再把其他蔬菜材料及鸡肉围边放上碟。最后,把三文鱼放上面,洒上芝麻,即可上碟
