葱姜炒猪肝(猪润)
材料
"猪肝250g","大葱10g","红甜椒10g","姜10g","蒜2-3瓣","料酒1汤匙","白醋1茶匙","生抽1茶匙","盐1茶匙","糖1/2茶匙","老抽1茶匙","植物油1汤匙","芡汁","生粉2茶匙","*溶于30mL水中"
做法

1:蒜切片

3:大葱和姜切片

4:猪肝切片

5:猪肝切片,之后加入料酒,盐,糖和老抽拌匀,腌制15分钟。之后拌入适量芡汁

6:在另一个小碗中加入料酒,盐,酱油,糖,老抽和白醋,混合均匀

7:在锅内用中高火烧热适量油,倒入猪肝炒至半熟,约需时2-3分钟,取出沥干油分

8:在相同的锅内,高火烧热适量油,加入姜蒜炒香,约需时30秒,之后加入大葱和红椒继续翻炒1分钟

9:加入猪肝和步骤3准备好的酱汁,翻炒均匀
