1:Slice the onion and carrot

2:Finely chop the lemongrass and red chili

3:蒜头磨成蓉

4:在细碗内把蒜头、红辣椒、泰式辣酱、香茅、鱼露、青柠汁、糖及麻油拌匀

5:把锅内的水煮沸,加入花甲煮至开口

6:捞起沥干水,放凉备用

7:加入洋葱、红萝卜、芫茜及花甲拌匀

8:加入酱汁拌匀

9:放入雪柜冷藏30分钟
