"花甲200克","芫茜20克(切碎)","红萝卜1/2个","洋葱1/2个","蒜头3瓣","泰国红辣椒2只","青柠1个(榨汁)","香茅4汤匙","泰式辣酱3汤匙","鱼露2汤匙","糖1茶匙","麻油1汤匙 "

做法

    1:Slice the onion and carrot

    2:Finely chop the lemongrass and red chili

    3:蒜头磨成蓉

  4. step4

    4:在细碗内把蒜头、红辣椒、泰式辣酱、香茅、鱼露、青柠汁、糖及麻油拌匀

    5:把锅内的水煮沸,加入花甲煮至开口

    6:捞起沥干水,放凉备用

    7:加入洋葱、红萝卜、芫茜及花甲拌匀

    9:放入雪柜冷藏30分钟
