泰式鱿鱼沙拉
材料
"鱿鱼 500g","洋葱 半个","香葱 2棵","西红柿 1个","料酒 2汤匙","姜 5g","泰国味露 50g","青柠檬 2个","白糖10g","大蒜5g","干辣椒10g","香菜20g"
做法

1:青柠榨汁备用;

2:洋葱切丝,香葱切段,西红柿切角块

3:鱿鱼洗净切鱿鱼花刀

4:水中放入料酒和姜,放入鱿鱼,将鱿鱼焯成鱿鱼卷捞出,放入冰水过凉,捞出放入碗中

5:另取一碗,放入红辣椒碎,蒜末,白糖,鱼露,青柠汁,鸡精搅拌均匀,制成鲜味汁

6:把鱿鱼放入碗中,放入泰国香菜、香芹,洋葱丝,西红柿,拌匀装盘。
