忌廉双花汤
材料
"西兰花1/2个","椰菜花1/2个","洋葱1个","水750毫升","淡忌廉250毫升","盐1茶匙","黑胡椒1/2茶匙","装饰:","红灯笼椒1/4个","玉米粒30克","牛油1汤匙","盐1茶匙","黑胡椒1/2茶匙 "
做法

1:西兰花及椰菜花切成小块

2:洋葱去皮切件

3:以大火烧热煎锅,加少许油炒香洋葱粒

4:加入西兰花及椰菜花煮至软身,加入盐

5:加入水至盖过蔬菜,煮至微滚后煮30分钟

6:红灯笼椒切成幼粒

7:以中火烧热煎锅,加入牛油炒香红灯笼椒及粟米粒,加盐及黑胡椒调味,盛起备用

8:用搅拌器将蔬菜搅碎至幼滑,再煮15分钟

9:加入淡忌廉煮至微滚

10:加盐及黑胡椒调味,加上装饰即成
