甜酸菠萝咕老肉便当
材料
"里脊肉 200g","菠萝 1/4个","面粉 200g","生抽 5ml","老抽 3ml","醋 6ml","绿甜椒 1/2个","料酒 5ml","小葱 1根","糖 20g","番茄酱 40g","盐 10g","鸡蛋 1个","配菜:","小番茄 10-15个"
做法

1:里脊肉洗净切小块

2:加入3-5g盐拌匀腌制10分钟

3:菠萝切小块,绿甜椒切小块

4:菠萝切小块,绿甜椒切小块

5:将腌好的肉裹上面粉,倒出多余面粉

6:油锅烧热,下裹好面粉的肉,炸至表面金黄捞出备用

7:将水、生抽、老抽、醋、盐、糖、番茄酱入锅烧滚。

8:倒入炸好的肉翻炒均匀

9:倒入菠萝、绿甜椒翻炒均匀

10:酱汁浓稠、收干出锅

11:取一个不粘锅,加入少许油,打入一个鸡蛋,单面煎熟。
