菠菜免治牛肉汤
材料
"菠菜200克","免治牛肉100克","姜20克","水1.5公升","盐及胡椒粉适量","牛肉醃料:","绍兴酒1/2汤匙","生抽1/2汤匙","砂糖1茶匙","生粉1/2茶匙","胡椒粉1/4茶匙 "
做法

1:免治牛肉加入绍兴酒,生抽,砂糖,生粉及胡椒粉醃15分钟

2:姜去皮后切片。洗净菠菜后切去根部,然后切段

3:将1.5公升水煮滚,加入姜片

4:用匙羹一勺一勺将免治牛肉加入水中,煮3-4分钟

5:加入菠菜煮5分钟

6:加盐及胡椒粉调味即成
