北欧奶油海鲜汤
材料
"鳕鱼 200克","三文鱼 100克","帝王蟹脚 2根","北极贝 2块","北极虾 6只","带子 4个","洋葱 1/2个","土豆 1个","西洋芹 1根","白酒 50毫升","中筋粉 2汤匙","鸡汤800毫升","淡奶油 100毫升","意大利香草 5克","盐及黑胡椒 适量"
做法

1:洗净海鲜沥干后切成小块

2:将洋葱切碎,土豆切成小块,西洋芹切丁

3:用中高火烧热锅,加少许油,炒香洋葱,加入白酒,加入中筋粉拌匀成面糊,转入炖锅中

4:加入鸡汤拌匀至没有颗粒

5:加入土豆及海鲜,转至中火煮10分钟

6:加入淡奶油、意大利香草、盐及黑胡椒,煮至汤汁浓稠

7:洒上西洋芹碎即成
