冬阴功汤
材料
"大虾 3只","蛤蜊 3个","香茅 1根","柠檬叶 2片","番茄 1/2个","洋葱 1/4个","口蘑 3个","青柠檬 1个","朝天椒 3个","姜 20克","香菜 1根","鱼露 2汤匙","椰奶 2汤匙","鸡汤 500毫升","砂糖 1茶匙","泰式绿咖喱 1汤匙","盐 适量"
做法

1:大虾去壳保留尾部,去虾线,洗净备用;

2:香茅用刀背拍散,切段;番茄切块;洋葱切块;口蘑切片;青柠檬一半切片,一半切角;朝天椒切段;姜去皮切片;香菜切段;

3:取一个锅,加入足量的水,汆大虾、蛤蜊,至变色,捞出沥干备用;

4:取一个锅,放入鸡汤、姜片、香茅、柠檬叶,大火烧开,转小火,烧20分钟;

5:放入番茄、洋葱、口蘑、朝天椒、青柠檬片,煮10分钟;

6:加入咖喱、鱼露、砂糖、虾、蛤蜊,煮至咖喱融化;

7:加入椰奶、盐,挤上柠檬汁,拌匀,盛出;放上香菜,即成。
