泰式打抛猪
材料
"猪肉末 300克","金不换(泰国罗勒) 50克","小番茄10粒","指天椒(切碎) 2只","鸡蛋 1只","香茅(切碎) 1条","干葱(切碎) 3粒","蒜蓉 6瓣","柠檬叶(切碎) 2块","绍兴酒 1汤匙","鱼露 1汤匙","柠檬汁 1茶匙","砂糖 1茶匙"
做法

1:金不换取下叶子;小番茄对半切

2:中火烧热锅,加少许油,炒香蒜蓉、干葱及指天椒

3:加入柠檬叶及猪肉末,炒至猪肉半熟

4:加入绍兴酒、鱼露、香茅、柠檬汁及砂糖炒匀

5:加入小番茄及金不换炒匀,装盘

6:用中火烧热锅,加少许油,加入鸡蛋,煎成单面煎蛋

7:将单面煎蛋放在猪肉上即成
