做法

1:韭菜洗净切丁

2:猪肉加入绍兴酒、生抽、麻油、砂糖、生粉及胡椒粉拌匀腌20分钟

3:中高火烧热锅,加少许油,加入猪肉末炒2分钟

4:然后加入韭菜、蒜蓉、姜蓉、豆豉、红辣椒及指天掓炒匀
