椰香咖喱鸡伴薄饼
材料
"鸡腿肉 300克","彼得包 2块","洋葱 1/2个","干葱头1粒","蒜头 2瓣","指天椒 2只","柠檬叶 2片","日本咖喱块 2块","椰汁 400毫升","椰糖 1汤匙","盐及黑胡椒 适量","香菜适量"
做法

1:洋葱、干葱头、蒜头及指天椒切碎

2:鸡腿肉切件,加盐及黑胡椒调味

3:用中火烧热锅,加少许油,加入蒜头、干葱头及洋葱炒香

4:加入鸡肉炒至金黄色

5:加入撕碎的柠檬叶及指天椒炒匀

6:加入椰汁煮开,熄火,加入咖喱砖

7:加入椰糖搅拌至溶化,上碟

8:烧热锅,放入彼得包饼烘至金黄色,然后切件
