"鸡扒1件","白饭适量","面粉 适量","盐及黑胡椒 适量","日式咖喱材料:","洋葱1/2个","红萝卜1个","辛口日本咖喱砖 1块","咖啡150毫升","黑芝麻 适量","泰式咖喱材料:","红葱头 3粒","薯仔1-2个","泰式黄咖喱酱2汤匙","椰汁 200毫升","油葱酥 适量","芫茜 适量"
做法

1:准备日式咖喱。将洋葱切碎;红萝卜切粒

2:准备一个镬,加少许油,将洋葱及红萝卜炒香

3:加入适量水煮滚

4:熄火,加入日式咖喱砖,搅拌至溶化

5:加入咖啡备用

6:准备泰式咖喱。将红葱头切碎;薯仔切粒

7:准备一个镬,加少许油,将红葱头及薯仔炒香

8:加入泰式黄咖喱酱,椰奶煮滚及薯仔软腍

9:鸡扒用盐及黑胡椒调味,扑上面粉

10:中火烧热镬,加少许油,将鸡扒煎至金黄色及熟透

11:将鸡扒切件,分别放入日式及泰式咖喱

12:将白饭上碟,日式及泰式咖喱分别放白饭两旁
