沙爹洋葱煎鸡中翅
材料
"鸡中翅 8-10只","洋葱 1个","葱 1根","红尖椒 1个","鸡汤 80毫升","沙爹酱 2汤匙","绍兴酒 1汤匙","砂糖 1茶匙","麻油 1茶匙","胡椒粉 适量","鸡翼腌料:","绍兴酒 1汤匙","生抽 1汤匙","生粉 1汤匙"
做法

1:将洋葱切丝;红尖椒切片

2:将葱切段

3:准备一个碗,将鸡翅用绍兴酒、生抽及生粉腌30分钟

4:用中火烧热锅,加少许油,将鸡翅煎至两面金黄

5:加入洋葱炒至半透明

6:加入沙爹酱、绍兴酒、鸡汤及砂糖

7:煮至酱汁浓稠及鸡翅熟透。洒上麻油、葱段及红尖椒

8:拌匀即成
