黑胡椒猪柳
材料
"猪胸肉 400g","洋葱 1/3颗","蒜末 少许","葱 1枝","小辣椒 2枝","粗粒黑胡椒 适量","蚝油 1大匙","米酒 1大匙","酱油 1大匙","全蛋液 1/3颗","糖 1茶匙","酱油 1茶匙","太白粉 少许"
做法

1: 事先将材料备好,洋葱1/3切丁、2/3切丝,猪胸肉逆纹切成条状,办入醃料抓醃一会儿,调酱也事先预拌好

2: 起150-160度油锅,放入洋葱丝、猪肉过油5秒后,立即捞起沥油备用

3: 用刚刚锅中的余油,爆香适量黑胡椒粒

4: 放入蒜末、洋葱丁、葱段、辣椒炒香

5: 再加进猪肉条、葱丝拌炒均匀,最后~ 倒入调酱拌炒即可!!!美味好吃的【黑胡椒猪柳】上菜!!!
