海鲜金黄丝瓜蛤厉褒
材料
"丝瓜切块 一条","香菇切4瓣 3朵","蟹肉 一盒","芹菜肉羹 6个","干虾米 一小把","干贝 7个","蒜头拍碎 2颗","姜丝 3片","蛤厉 8颗","红萝卜泥 半颗","南瓜泥 一小片","盐巴 少许","太白粉 适量","枸杞 10颗"
做法

1: 材料:丝瓜一条切块,香菇3朵切4瓣,蟹肉一盒,芹菜肉羹约6个,干虾米一小把,干贝约7个,蒜头拍碎2颗,姜3片切丝,蛤厉约8颗,红萝卜泥+南瓜泥

2: 先将蒜头,虾米,姜丝,香菇爆香~

3: 接着放入丝瓜翻炒约1分,放些水让它稍微滚煮~

4:再放入蛤厉闷煮至开口~ 接着将蟹肉及肉羹和枸杞放入一起翻炒闷煮

5: 步骤6最后的南瓜泥及红萝卜泥全放入翻炒

6: 再放些太白粉水稍为勾芡及调味即完成~
