"梅头猪扒(可用冰鲜的,肉质比较松化) 800g","醃料: 0","蒜蓉 1茶匙","姜蓉 1茶匙","甜酱 1汤匙","磨鼓酱 1汤匙","南乳 1件","老抽 1茶匙","玫瑰露 1茶匙","麦芽糖(放入焗炉前涂上) 适量"
做法

1: 将醃料拌匀,均匀抺在猪扒上,放入雪柜,醃一晚.焗炉预热至200度,麦芽糖加水,涂在猪扒上.焗20分钟,翻转再焗20分钟至全熟.
