胜小厨 【牛肉河粉】
材料
"牛肉 1块","板条 1包","青葱 1根","韮菜 3根","豆芽菜 10元","九层塔 5元","洋葱 1小颗","米酒 1大匙","酱油 1大匙","太白粉 1大匙","香油 少许","酱油 1大匙","糖 1小匙","米酒 1大匙","胡椒粉 适量","香油 少许","乌醋 少许"
做法

1: 牛肉切小片 加米酒 酱油抓一下再加太白粉 香油抓匀

2: 备料~豆芽菜去尾洗净 洋葱切丝 青葱.韮菜切小段

3: 热锅 加一匙油炒洋葱(炒出香味.甜.软)

4: 下韮菜.葱炒一下后加一匙酱油一碗热水煨煮

5: 把牛肉放进来

6: 板条放进来(板条要拨散开来)盖锅焖煮一下

7: 豆芽菜进来拌炒

8: 最后加九层塔

9: 加一点糖.米酒.香油.胡椒粉乌醋 起锅前试一下味道,不够再加酱油调味
