番茄牛肉面
材料
"牛腱 2条","番茄 3颗","红萝卜 1条","白萝卜 半条","洋葱 1颗","蒜头 5粒","八角 3粒","月桂叶 3片","水 适量","芹菜 1~2株","香菜 1株","葱 2株","酱油 2大匙","酱油膏 1大匙","番茄酱 3大匙","冰糖 1大匙","辣豆瓣酱 1大匙","米酒 2大匙"
做法

1: 将芹菜、香菜、葱绑成一束备用,牛腱先川烫去血水,材料均备妥, 可先取一个碗将调味料先备好

2: 先热锅放少许油爆香蒜头,加入牛腱拌炒,再加入洋葱拌炒,续加入红萝卜、白萝卜、番茄下去翻炒

3: 下调味料炒香,加入八角拌炒

4: 取一锅将所有材料放入,加水淹过食材一起炖煮约90分钟至牛肉软嫩即可(如果味道不够煮好可以加入适量盐巴,每家口味不同)
