泰式虾酱炒饭 [惹味推介]

做法

    1: 热锅下油,下蒜蓉炒半分钟,将虾及鱿鱼煮熟,盛起备用

    2: 下火腿及蛋,再加饭拌匀,炒约3分钟

    3: 下洋葱及芥兰,用3汤匙水将所有调味料混合,与饭拌匀,再粉2分钟即成!
