泰式虾酱炒饭 [惹味推介]
材料
"饭 3碗","鲜虾 6只","鱿鱼 150克","火腿 70克","芥兰 2颗","洋葱 半个","蛋 2颗","蒜蓉 2茶匙","虾酱 2-3汤匙","鱼露 1汤匙","糖 半茶匙","白胡椒粉1/4 茶匙","盐 1/4茶匙"
做法

1: 热锅下油,下蒜蓉炒半分钟,将虾及鱿鱼煮熟,盛起备用

2: 下火腿及蛋,再加饭拌匀,炒约3分钟
