咖哩牛肉
材料
"红萝卜 2个","马铃薯 2个","番茄 2个","苹果 2个","洋葱 3/4","蒜头 4瓣","高汤块 1块","月桂叶 3叶","牛奶 300ml","咖哩粉 适量","牛肋条 600g","奶油 适量","水 适量","辣椒粉 适量","咖哩块 4块",
做法

1: 将牛肋条、烧肉片切成适当大小红萝卜、马铃薯切块状蕃茄切小块洋葱切条状和块状苹果切块状和丁状

2: 将牛肉下锅,加入咖哩粉四面微煎至变色后捞起备用

3: 热锅,放入适量奶油, 爆香蒜片 放入洋葱条略炒之后放入块状洋葱拌炒

4: 放入红萝卜、马铃薯再加入适量咖哩粉拌炒均匀

5: 将蕃茄放入锅中,加水盖过食材,放入高汤块后盖上锅盖煮至沸腾

6: 放入咖哩块(辣味、中辣各3小块)拌至融化,再加入月桂叶、牛奶搅拌均匀,调味

7: 煮滚后即可,放凉后隔天风味更好吃

8: 把饭煮好,铺上煎好的滑蛋,再淋上咖哩酱
