韩式安东炖鸡안동찜닭
材料
"鸡肉块 1盒(800g)","韩国冬粉 80g","干辣椒 2条","葱段 一大条","蒜末 2颗","洋葱 1小颗(125g)","红萝卜 1小条(150g)","马铃薯 2小颗(130g)","香油 2小匙(10g)","黑糖 3大匙","韩国辣椒粉 1大匙","胡椒粉 1小匙","酱油 9大匙(135g)","酒 2大匙","水 5米杯(800g)"
做法

1: 先将粉丝泡水

2: 鸡块入水锅川烫,加入几片月桂叶去腥(葱姜亦可)

3: 洋葱、马铃薯、红萝卜、干辣椒、葱、姜跟蒜切适当大小

4: 水锅加香油爆香所有辛香料(留些葱绿待上桌时摆盘用)

5: 再加入川烫后洗去浮沫的鸡块跟其他材料一起入锅大火炖煮

6: 水滚后转中小火慢火炖至鸡肉跟蔬菜熟透入味即可,粉丝要上桌之前入锅煮各约5分钟

7: 食材盛入盘中再放上葱绿淋上酱汁即可
