糖醋豆腐
材料
"硬豆腐 300克","洋葱 1/2个","青椒 1/2个","红椒 1/2个","罐头(或新鲜)凤梨片 3大片","砂糖 3大匙","醋 3大匙","蕃茄酱 3大匙","水 3大匙","盐 1/4小匙","太白粉 3大匙"
做法

1: 将硬豆腐、洋葱、青椒、红椒和罐头凤梨切块备用

2: 将糖醋汁所有材料调匀备用

3: 将硬豆腐沾裹上一层太白粉

4: 将锅中2大匙的油烧热后,放入步骤3煎至金黄后盛出

5: 取一新锅,倒入少许油烧热后,放入洋葱、青椒、红椒和罐头凤梨翻炒一下盛出

6: 将步骤2的糖醋汁倒入锅中煮滚

7: 放入步骤4和步骤5拌匀后即可盛盘
