鲜蔬猪肉温沙拉
材料
"玉米笋 200g","马铃薯 1颗","金针花 150g","芦笋 5支","红萝卜 30g","猪肉片 150g","芝麻酱 1大匙","山葵酱 1小匙","味淋 1大匙","酱油 1大匙","冷开水 2大匙","白芝麻 适量"
做法

1: 玉米笋洗净对开,芦笋切3公分段,红萝卜切片,马铃薯切块备用

2: 起一锅热水将红萝卜与马铃薯下锅烫5分钟到半熟捞起

3: 取锡箔纸放在烤盘上,将所有蔬菜平铺在上面

4: 将锡箔密封起来,烤箱预热170度C后进烤箱烤20分钟

5: 将所有沙拉酱材料调匀

6: 猪肉片预先烫到熟后捞起,均匀铺在烤好的蔬菜上

7: 将沙拉酱汁淋在上面拌匀即可开动囉~
