快煮叻沙海鲜米粉
材料
"牛头牌原味咖哩块 1块","牛头牌泰式酸辣汤块 1块","牛头牌沙茶酱 2大匙","洋葱 1/2个","高丽菜 1小块","油豆腐 2个","大陆妹 6片","小卷 1/2条","白虾 4尾","蛤蜊 6个","鲂鱼 1/2片","水煮蛋 1个","柠檬 1/2个","水 6碗","米粉 1/2片","沙拉油 适量","椰浆粉 2大匙"
做法

1: 准备牛头牌原味咖哩块、牛头牌泰式酸辣汤块、牛头牌沙茶酱

2: 将洋葱、高丽菜切丝备用;

3: 将白虾修剪整齐、鲂鱼切片、小卷切圈备用;

4: 起水锅,沸腾后放入米粉,再次煮开后,捞起米粉放入碗中盖上闷熟;

5: 热锅,放入少许油,炒香洋葱丝与高丽菜丝;

6: 放入水煮开后依序放入油头腐、海鲜料煮熟;

7: 先将海鲜料取出;

8: 将椰浆粉用2T的热汤搅匀成为椰浆备用;

9: 在汤里放入牛头牌咖哩块、牛头牌泰式酸辣汤块各1块、2大匙沙茶酱搅匀;

10: 放入已闷透的米粉煮至入味;

11: 再放入大陆妹煮熟,即可盛起;

12: 放上海鲜料、水煮蛋,食用时再依个人口味挤上柠檬汁与椰浆,即是酸香够味的快煮【叻沙海鲜米粉】
