"五木细关东面 1束(75g)","虾仁 3尾","蛤蜊 10个","透抽 1/2尾","红黄椒 适量","洋葱 1/4个","香菜 1小匙","蒜末 1小匙","辣椒末 1小匙","柠檬汁 4小匙","鱼露 1~2小匙","糖 4小匙","香油 1小匙"

2: 洋葱、红黄椒切丝

3: 酱汁先调好,辣椒、香菜、大蒜切末一同拌匀备用

4: 起一锅滚水,放入五木细关东面煮至喜爱的Q度后捞起

5: 将面放入冰开水中冰镇后捞起备用

6: 起一滚水加入葱段及姜片,烫熟海鲜后放入冰开水中冰镇后捞起备用

7: 将面条、海鲜料、洋葱丝、红黄椒丝和酱汁拌匀即可享用!
