印度奶油鸡[超美味超好下饭]
材料
"鸡腿肉 600克","奶油/牛油 20克","蒜蓉 2瓣","姜蓉 1茶匙","洋葱(切碎) 半个","罐装蕃茄 1罐400克","鲜奶油/忌廉 80ml","红椒粉 1-3茶匙","芫荽粉 半茶匙","黄姜粉 半茶匙","格兰玛撒拉粉 1茶匙","柠檬汁 1汤匙","糖 1茶匙","优格 60ml","辣椒粉 1茶匙","柠檬汁 1茶匙","姜蓉 2茶匙","蒜蓉 2瓣","盐 1/4茶匙","黄姜粉 半茶匙","格兰马撒拉粉 半茶匙","小茴香粉 半茶匙"
做法

1: 将鸡腿切细块,放入碗内与所有醃料拌匀,醃最少半小1时(醃愈久愈入味)

2: 热锅下奶油(可用菜油代替),下姜蓉,蒜蓉及洋葱,中火煮将2分钟,加入所有咖哩料调味料拌匀

3: 加奶油,溶化后放下鸡件,煎至金黄色

4: 然后加入罐装蕃茄拌匀。煮至沸腾,转小火煮10分钟

5: 加入鲜奶油拌匀即成!配以白饭或印度烤饼享用!
