芝麻葱花淋鸡
材料
"鸡腿去骨肉(大) 1片","酒 少许","酱油 1.5大匙","麻油 1大匙","醋 1大匙","砂糖 1大匙","鸡粉 1/2小匙","鸡汤 3大匙","辣椒油 少许","姜末 1大匙","蒜末 1小匙","辣椒 少许","芝麻 1大匙","花生粒 随自己喜好","葱花 随自己喜好"
做法

1: 将鸡腿肉厚点的地方划开..然后两面都均匀抹上酒之后.用中大火蒸15分钟左右.在立刻泡入冰块水中.这样鸡皮才会Q弹好吃.

2: 花生粒捣碎后和所有调味淋酱拌匀.最后将鸡肉切块.再将淋酱淋上即可.
