"白砂糖 30g","二砂糖 60g","无盐奶油(融化) 30g","液态植物油 2T","优格 200g","牛奶 50ml","蛋 2颗","中筋/低筋面粉 200g","小苏打粉 1t","盐 一撮","蓝莓 100g","白砂糖 3T","核桃 50g","肉桂粉½ t"
做法

1: 面粉+小苏打粉+盐 过筛备用 奶油+糖+植物油搅拌均匀,分次加入蛋拌匀

2: 牛奶、优格加入(2)

3: (3)加入(1),搅拌均匀,但不要过度搅拌

4: 将一半的面糊倒入模中,铺上一半的(5)和一半的蓝莓、一半的核桃肉桂糖

5: 再铺上剩下的面糊、蓝莓、核桃肉桂糖,180度C 50-55分钟
