海鲜大锅面
材料
"虾子 半斤","蛤蜊 半斤","鲜蚵 半斤","透抽 1只","大陆妹 1颗","芹菜 1株","白面 1斤","干燥姜丝 适量","盐 1匙","鲣鱼粉 1匙","胡椒粉 适量","油葱酥 1大匙"
做法

1: 一匙油将蒜苗爆香~肉丝炒一下~

2: 加入姜丝和高汤或水~煮开~

3: 海鲜料洗好切好~

4: 青菜也洗好切好~

5: 白面另取一锅水煮至 5分熟~

6: 面捞起来放入高汤内再煮至7分熟~依序放入海鲜煮至 9分熟~~

7: 再放入青菜~加入调味料~就OK了~

8: 海鲜面上桌囉~
